CAFFEINE FREE
Ingredients: Spearmint, Peppermint, Lemon Verbena, Hibiscus, Lemongrass.
Directions: Pour boiling water over 2-3 teaspoons of herbs in a 1 litre infuser pot. Alternatively, pour boiling water over 1 teaspoon in a cup infuser. Let steep for 5 minutes. Let cool before drinking. Organic Herbs are very potent, you may need to adjust the amount of tea used to your preference.
